ACCESS
Referrals to the Baristas Program can come from any source, including the youth themselves, parents, social workers, foster parents, youth workers, etc... However, before participating in the program a youth must meet with a case manager at their local Employment Resource Centre. For detailed information on the program click on the following link:

Application Process:
To successfully apply for the Baristas Programs, the youth must submit a cover letter and resume. The cover letter must clearly and generously include a list of employability and personal challenges and barriers, why they would benefit from the life skills component, and why they would be a good fit for a work experience in a Starbucks store.
