Who We Recruit

Pacific Community Resources recruits highly skilled and diverse candidates to complement our current teams. PCRS is an equal opportunity employer. Successful candidates will first and foremost reflect the philosophy and values of the agency.

How We Recruit

Selection and hiring is done through a hiring panel. All applicants interviewed will be asked to respond to a consistent set of interview questions. Most positions will require a written component and some will require a specific task completed that is related to the work.

The Interview Panel

The interview panel is comprised of two or three members, sometimes including a program participant. They will ask a series of questions designed to obtain job-specific information, based on your past work experiences. The interviewers will take turns asking questions, seeking specific examples of your experience that demonstrates you posses the required competencies matching the position available. They will take notes.
