All Auxiliary and term positions include 'in lieu of' benefits compensation, unless otherwise stated.

Employee & Family Assistance Program

The Employee & Family Assistance Program (EFAP) is offered to all employees and family members of Pacific Community Resources including full time, part time, casual (auxiliary), their partners, and their dependent children.

Pension

If you're a permanent employee, you'll automatically be enrolled in our defined Municipal Pension Plan.

Health benefits

PCRS will contribute to the cost of an employee’s "quit smoking" program to support employees who wish to stop smoking.
